Video Analytics and Service Assurance Solutions Now Available Across Asia-Pacific

Waterloo, ONTARIO — December 15, 2010 — Avvasi Inc., a leading innovator of video traffic management solutions for mobile service providers, today announced its partnership with Rikei Corporation, a premier service integration and network technology leader in the Asia-Pacific region. The Avvasi-Rikei partnership extends Rikei’s mobile network solutions to include video management with Avvasi’s mobile video analytics and service assurance solutions.

• Avvasi Video Service Assurance (VSA) provides service providers with detailed information about the subscriber’s quality of experience (QoE). This helps service providers manage customer relationships to reduce churn, troubleshoot network issues based on video QoE triggers and maximize revenue. The collected QoE scores are output as UDR records and retrieved by OSS and BSS systems and potentially ingested into a higher-level billing or CRM systems.
